Lelo Ina 2 Review

Once I had removed the outer packaging, as with all Lelo products, I was left holding an elegant matt black box with the brand name subtly embossed in gloss black. I felt as if I might be about to reveal an expensive piece of jewelry, but of course the reality was far more exciting! Along with the toy, the black velvet lining of the case contains the charger and an antibacterial storage pouch that is big enough to store both.

I was dying to find out if the Ina 2 would live up to it’s reputation as one of the world’s most popular rabbits (or dual action vibrators if you prefer). Lelo toys have, after all, been likened to Apple products in terms of power, style and functionality.

For those of you familiar with the Ina 1, Lelo have made a number of changes. Most importantly for me, the rabbit ears are far more flexible and can be better manipulated to create your own optimal position for clitoral stimulation.

Where the Ina 1 was just splash proof, the Ina 2 is fully waterproof, meaning unlimited fun in the bath or shower. There is also a wider gap between the base of the shaft and the ears, making for a snugger, more comfortable fit, and the control panel is slightly shorter, meaning that you can insert the shaft deeper.

What do you need to know apart from this? Well, a two-hour charge gives four hours of play, so plenty of time to get creative! This bunny is made of body-safe silicone that is phthalate and latex free and features two powerful, but silent motors for simultaneous internal and external stimulation, making it possible to hit your G-spot on the front vaginal wall at the same time as massaging your clitoris.

The eight modes of play and the speed can be operated with a single finger from the four-button interface. The up and down buttons control the speed, and the left and right buttons alter the modes of play. You can really have some fun here and I would recommend familiarizing yourself with the settings before you begin. These include both motors on, shaft only, ears only, pulsing between the two, moving quickly from one to another, moving from shaft to ears with an increase in speed, and a random selection to keep you guessing. Even if you don’t take to all the settings yourself, they may be good to experiment with on another person, male or female.

To handle, the bunny is smaller and lighter than you would expect from something containing two powerful motors. The silicone has a seductive silky, soft touch and with the power on, the vibrations make a faint, deep rumbling noise that wouldn’t be perceptible to anyone more than a few meters away from you.

Since I first became acquainted with the Ina 2 a few months ago, it has become a key piece in my collection, and I have a friend who says it is her favourite toy of all times. I would be hard pushed to stick to one favourite, but there is no doubt that Lelo have come up with the goods here.
